If you believe that your purchased item was damaged during shipment, contact us at email@example.com with the following information within 2 days (48 hours) of receipt of shipment.
- Email Subject: Order number + Company Name/Customer ID
- Picture of the damaged planters inside the original boxes.
- Picture of the packing box.
- Picture the tracking/shipping label.
- Two photos of the six sides of the outside packing box.
Refund claim made outside of 48 hours will not be processed.
Springer Décor has to receive all the information above before accept the refund claim.
To cancel any order, please email Springer Décor as soon as possible. If your purchase is not shipped yet, we will refund your payment immediately with 5% cancellation fee. Order cannot be canceled if the purchase is already shipped.
An email confirmation will be sent out once payment is received. Please contact us if you do not receive an email confirmation.
